“I want to help others take advantage of the knowledge I’ve obtained throughout my career.”
Born and raised in New Orleans, Josh Fogarty grew up in a mid-1800s house in the historic Garden District. Josh’s passion for real estate began at a young age. The sweeping 16 ft. ceilings and Victorian architecture that’s commonplace in New Orleans sparked a passion for preserving the character and charm of his beloved hometown.

Q: How has combining your investment knowledge and work experience with your local community enhanced your skills as a Realtor?

A: “Do the extra bit of research needed to really know your neighborhoods and be open to undervalued houses with cosmetic deficiencies.”

“My wife and I recently welcomed our beautiful daughter, Charlotte, into our family and I’m looking forward to the future here in this wonderful city I call home.”
