Outside of real estate, Carter is passionate about animals and supports the running of “Take Paws” dog rescue with his mom, Monique. He’s also an avid outdoorsman, taking regular jogs around City Park, scuba diving, and embracing all the perks of living in the fisherman’s paradise.

Tell us about your passion for your hometown and why this is such a wonderful and unique place to live? |

I have been fortunate enough to travel to many continents across the globe, but there is no place like New Orleans. Returning to the beauty of home after such an amazing architectural tour of the world made me infatuated with the charm and character that separates us from the rest of the country. I can’t imagine living anywhere else! |

What area of real estate are you most passionate about? |

I really enjoy flipping houses. It’s something I do in my spare time, as well working with commercial property investments. I also enjoy working with multi-family projects and helping my clients navigate this beautiful city looking for that perfect property! |
